Allegations of Targeting
Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya claims he has been targeted since leading the investigation into Richard Mdluli's arrest.
Sibiya, the suspended Deputy National Commissioner for Crime Detection, made this admission during his testimony before Parliament's Ad Hoc Committee.

He is the third witness to testify and the first of those implicated by Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
