The Southern Nevada community gathered at Café Landwer to celebrate the release of 20 Israeli hostages, a significant step in the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel.
"We're enjoying a lot of tears in our eyes. We just want to express our happiness," said Barak Lurie.
"It's still incredibly surreal. We've been waiting for this, praying for this, crying for this for two solid years," said Ruth Kantrowitz.
The event, hosted by the Israeli-American Council, was filled with music and dancing as attendees expressed their relief and joy.
