An Abuja High Court adjourned a N5.5 billion suit against the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) until November.

The suit was instituted by two operatives of the Department of the State Services (DSS), Sarah John and Gabriel Ogunleye, who alleged that SERAP defamed them with baseless accusations in media publications.

The hearing was adjourned due to the absence of SERAP's lawyer, Ebun Adegboruwa, SAN.
