The warm weather will continue on Friday, with high temperatures in the lower 80s and strong winds from the south at 15-25 mph, with occasional gusts over 30 mph.
- A slow-moving cold front will sweep across Kansas later today and Friday.
- Storms, some possibly strong, will impact western Kansas this evening.
- A second line of showers and storms will occur Friday evening and night, mainly along and east of a Salina to Pratt line.
Round two (on Friday) has a better chance of producing severe weather, and those storms may have an impact on some high school football games.
A parade of cold fronts will move across Kansas next week.
