New Storage Building Approved At Roen Salvage
The City of Sturgeon Bay’s Aesthetic Design and Site Plan Review Board approved a request on Oct. 13 from Roen Salvage to build a 120 x 60-foot commercial storage building.
The building will be located on the company’s 12.5-acre property at 180 E, northeast of the office building and north of other existing storage buildings.
The exterior will feature a four-foot charcoal gray wainscot with trim and light gray main exterior walls, matching the look of the building constructed on the property in 2023, with corrugated steel siding and matching trim.
