Granger Fire Department Receives Grant
The Granger Fire Department was awarded $10,000 thanks to the State Farm Good Neighbor Firefighter Safety Program.
To celebrate, they hosted an open house event where guests could enjoy refreshments, a raffle, and food.
With this grant, the fire department purchased:
- two new radios
- a computer
- a new hose line
- two multi-gas detectors
- a backup camera for their firetruck
The Granger Fire Department is humbled and excited to receive such a large sum of money and plans to reinvest all of it into serving the community.
