Bay Broadcasting Completes Galway Bay FM Acquisition
Galway Bay FM has joined Bay Broadcasting's Irish radio portfolio, with Fionnuala Rabbitt and Keith Finnegan taking on new leadership roles.
The acquisition was completed following approval from the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport, Patrick O'Donovan.
Bay Broadcasting's portfolio now includes Radio Nova, Ireland's Classic Hits Radio, Sunshine 106.8, and Galway Bay FM, making it the largest Irish-owned radio group in the country.
