Kason Burchett Revitalizes Bird House Park for Eagle Scout Project
Breckenridge High School senior Kason Burchett is restoring Bird House Park as part of his Eagle Scout project, focusing on pathway restoration, birdhouse repair, and improving the park's appearance.
“I figured it was something I feel like most of the community overlooks, and if we can make it look nicer, maybe it might entice more people (to) come,”
Burchett, a member of local Scouts Troop 63, aims to encourage community involvement through this project. He hopes that his troop will annually maintain the park, promoting ongoing community engagement.
