Western Ontario Wardens' Caucus hosts collaborative conference
The 2025 Western Ontario Municipal Conference in London, hosted by the Western Ontario Wardens’ Caucus, was themed “Powering Ontario’s Economic Engine”.
The sold-out event brought together municipal leaders, provincial representatives, and industry experts from across the region for a day of collaboration and discussion.
The annual conference provided dynamic programming and valuable opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking, with sessions focused on four key streams:
- Housing
- Infrastructure
- Mental health and addictions
- Economic development
The event opened with welcoming remarks from the Honourable Rob Flack, minister of municipal affairs and housing, followed by an engaging keynote address from Steve Paikin, renowned journalist and former host of TVO’s The Agenda.
