The Ironton Fighting Tigers football team and supporters protested outside the Ironton School Board office on Friday morning.
They were denied a spot in the playoffs by the Ohio High School Athletic Association on Thursday.

According to senior Zayne Williams, a running back and linebacker, the team's playoff opportunity was taken away by individuals who haven't gotten what they want in life, affecting the kids.
Despite the denial, the team is allowed to play their regular season games.
