Public Meeting on Warden's Term
A public meeting will be held on November 12 to discuss the term of future wardens of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR).
The meeting will consider a motion to change the term from one year to two years, introduced by Russell Township Mayor Mike Tarnowski.
Other counties have two-year terms for their warden
Clarence-Rockland Mayor Mario Zanth wants to understand the advantages of a two-year term for Prescott and Russell.
