Concern over low selection rate in recruitment drive by airline

By Our Reporter SHILLONG, Oct 29: Director of Don Bosco Youth Centre Fr. Michael Makri expressed concern over the low selection rate of candidates from Meghalaya during a cabin crew recruitment drive by IndiGo Airlines.
The recruitment drive, held at the Emporium training centre, saw 700 candidates from the Northeastern region register online, with 242 appearing for interviews and assessment rounds. However, only four were selected after a rigorous evaluation process.
Fr. Makri encouraged candidates, especially from Meghalaya, to visit the Don Bosco Youth Centre for training and preparation.
