Sapphire Edge AI Mini PC
Sapphire Technology, a company known for making graphics cards and motherboards, has introduced the Sapphire Edge AI, a mini PC with up to AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 Strix Point processor.
The mini PC features a compact motherboard with support for up to 96GB of RAM and two SSDs, packed into a custom chassis measuring 117 x 111 x 30mm.
- Entry-level: AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 Krackan Point processor
- Higher-priced models: Ryzen AI 7 350 Krackan Point or Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 Strix Point chips
All processors combine AMD Zen 5 CPU architecture with RDNA 3.5 integrated graphics and an NPU capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI performance.
The Sapphire Edge AI will be sold as a barebones system with three processor options, but pricing and availability details are not yet available.
