The former Ulster Bank building in Lurgan town centre is to be brought back into use.
The three-storey listed building at Market Street is a local landmark. It closed in March 2024, one of 10 branches to be closed.
Now, a new tenant will take over the property. The old Ulster Bank building is located at 14-16 Market Street.
Campbell and Haughey Solicitors, a leading legal practice, will occupy the building. They currently operate from another unit on Market Street.
The new occupier would make use of the extensive building.
