Kai Allen's Impressive Drive
Kai Allen received praise for his podium finish, with a drive labelled as a "superhero" performance by winner Chaz Mostert on the Gold Coast.
After just making it to Bathurst, Allen gave his Finals campaign a significant boost. Starting the Saturday race 12th, Grove Racing employed an inverse strategy, making the compulsory stops as early as Lap 25, 36 laps earlier than Mostert.
