Shadrack Sibiya Denies Links to Alleged Mchunu Middleman
Deputy national commissioner Shadrack Sibiya testified before parliament's ad hoc committee on police corruption, denying any involvement with Brown Mogotsi on behalf of suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu.

Sibiya met Mogotsi twice, but doubts the authenticity of WhatsApp messages allegedly implicating him. Mogotsi is accused of acting as a middleman between Mchunu and murder suspect Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala, exchanging confidential police information for cash.
