Three patients have filed lawsuits against Jay Hospital and Baptist Healthcare, alleging that hospital staff took and shared "degrading" photos of them without consent.
According to Zarzaur Law, the firm representing the patients, the photos were taken while the patients were under medical care, asleep, or heavily medicated, and were later shared on social media.
