Singapore Launches Data-Driven Index
Singapore has introduced the Singapore Opportunity Index (SOI), a human capital index measuring employer support for career growth, fair pay, retention, and gender parity.
The index uses verified government data from nearly 1,500 companies and close to one million residents, providing data-driven insights into workforce mobility.
The SOI aims to strengthen Singapore’s human capital outcomes by recognising organisations that are committed to developing their people.
