Don Was and The Pan-Detroit Ensemble Tour Debut Album
Music industry legend Don Was has been making music for nearly 50 years, producing for The Rolling Stones, Elton John, and Ringo Starr.
He has played bass for notable artists such as Ryan Adams, Iggy Pop, and Bob Seger, and his band Was (Not Was) had a hit with "Walk the Dinosaur" in 1987.
Since 2012, Was has served as president of Blue Note Records and recently spoke about his latest project, introducing John Mayer to Bob Weir, and his thoughts on Taylor Swift as a great artist.
His career has spanned many musical genres.
