Man to Appear in Court Charged with Sexual Communication with a Child
A 47-year-old man from Co Tyrone is due to appear in court after being charged with attempted sexual communication with a child.
The man is expected to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 13, facing two counts of attempted sexual communication with a child and arranging or facilitating the commission of a sex offence against a child.
The charges come after the man was arrested in Strabane on Saturday, October 11, following a paedophile hunter operation.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "A 47-year-old man arrested in the Strabane area on Saturday 11th October on suspicion of attempted sexual communication with a child has been charged to court.
- Two counts of attempted sexual communication with a child
- Arranging or facilitating the commission of a sex offence against a child
The man is expected to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, October 13.
