Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Murder After Two Children Found Dead in Stafford
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the deaths of two children in Stafford.
Police were called to a home on Corporation Street at around 7:30am by the West Midlands Ambulance Service, where two children were pronounced dead at the scene.
- A 43-year-old woman from the Stafford area has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
- The children's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially-trained officers.
- A cordon is currently in place outside the home on Corporation Street.
