A pre-pack deal with Boparan Private Office has secured 433 jobs across two sites at Roberts Bakery.
The investment, made for an undisclosed fee, sees the creation of a new company, Roberts Bakery 1887 Ltd, owned by entrepreneur Ranjit Singh Boparan.
The new company is a reference to the year the Cheshire-based business was founded.
- The deal was announced on 15 October, just over a week after the company filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators.
