Faith & Blue Walk/Run Event
The Faith & Blue walk/run event, held at Harvest University in Fort Morgan, drew 30 participants of all ages.
Faith & Blue is a nationwide initiative launched in 2020, aiming to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and communities through local faith-based partnerships.
“It doesn’t matter what your faith is,” said Police Chief Loren Sharp. “What matters is we come together, united, for a better Fort Morgan.”
This year’s event focused on unity, safety, and shared purpose, with participants having the option to walk or run and complete all or part of the event.
Faith & Blue partners with local faith-based organizations to connect with residents in familiar settings, building relationships beyond uniforms and titles.
