SANKO Begins Geothermal Exploration in Salihli, Türkiye
SANJES, SANKO Holding's energy company, has launched the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for a 9-well geothermal exploration drilling campaign in Manisa, Türkiye.
The project, worth approximately TL 95 million (~USD 2.27 million), will involve deep geothermal drilling at nine locations, with each well expected to reach an average depth of 2,500 meters.
The campaign is part of the "9 geothermal resource exploration drilling and 3.5-hectare geothermal heated greenhouse project" in the Kabazli Neighborhood, Salihli district.
