Indianapolis Airport Refuses to Play Kristi Noem's Video
Legal experts claim that a video by Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security, violates the Hatch Act.
The video, posted on social media by the White House, features Noem blaming Democrats for the government shutdown.
Noem says in the video: "It is TSA's top priority to make sure that you have the most pleasant and efficient airport experience as possible while we keep you safe.
Several airports, including Indianapolis, are refusing to play the video at security checkpoints, citing policy violations or illegality.
Law and ethics experts agree that the video breaks the law, but note that serious consequences are rare.
