A yellow weather warning for rain has been issued by the Met Office for south Wales on the day of the Caerphilly Senedd by-election.
The warning will be in effect from midnight to 9pm on Thursday, October 23, covering much of Caerphilly County Borough, including the entirety of the Caerphilly Senedd constituency.
