Pioneer Girls Volleyball Prepped for Playoffs

The Lehi girls volleyball team finished the regular season with an 11-12 overall record, despite not achieving a victory in the state's toughest region.

In their match against Corner Canyon, the Chargers earned a sweep with scores of 25-22, 25-14, and 25-17 in Draper.

"This match had some good elements to it," said Coach Alise Bowles. "We had different kids playing in some positions as they have worked hard to earn those shots."

Coach Bowles expressed pride in her team, noting that they played well in the first and third sets. She emphasized the team's motto,

"Get 1% better each day"
, and acknowledged that her girls have made progress throughout the season.
