Attendo AB: Divestment of Child Welfare and Family Care Operations in Finland
Attendo and Validia have signed an agreement for the divestment of Attendo's childcare and family care operations in Finland to Validia.
The transaction is expected to close in the middle of the fourth quarter of 2025.
The divestment is a strategic decision, as Attendo's focus in Finland is on developing services for the elderly, people with disabilities, mental health issues, and substance abuse rehabilitation clients.
