A new report by F-Minus reveals that Canadian lobbyists represent both major polluters and environmental groups, posing a significant conflict of interest.
Major Canadian environmental organizations and civil society groups are using lobbyists who also work with big polluters, according to the report.
This takes a back seat to Big Oil’s lobbying playbook, hindering the nation’s climate action.
The report was published in conjunction with Environmental Defence and re•generation, a youth climate advocacy organization.
