Tbilisi to Euronest: Stop undermining Georgia’s democratic choices
Levan Makhashvili, Chair of the European Integration Committee of the Georgian Parliament, addressed the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly in an open letter, expressing strong concerns over the Assembly’s recent actions and approaches toward Georgia.
Makhashvili stated that the conduct of the Euronest PA has deviated from the principles laid out in its Founding Act and the Joint Declaration of the Prague Summit of the Eastern Partnership. He argued that multilateral dialogue has "regrettably become a thing of the past."
