New Manager Appointed at Mayo FC
Mayo FC has taken a significant step towards a bright future with the appointment of Anthony O'Neill as manager of the club's U-20 League of Ireland squad.
According to Mayo FC chairman, Joe Faughnan, this is a "hugely historic day" for the club, which is ambitious to bring adult League of Ireland football to the county.
"We're hugely ambitious here in Mayo FC and Anthony shares our vision of the future. We're delighted to have someone of Anthony's quality guiding our players and taking us forward into the future."
O'Neill previously served as Director of Football at Westport United, where he also managed the club's first-team, before joining Mayo FC.
