Tiger Woods Undergoes Seventh Back Surgery
Golf legend Tiger Woods announced he recently underwent surgery to replace a collapsed disk in his back, marking his seventh back operation in 11 years.
The 49-year-old golf legend said the surgery went successful and he is recovering after experiencing pain and lack of mobility in his back.
"After experiencing pain and lack of mobility in my back, I consulted with Doctors and Surgeons to have tests taken,"
Woods said in a statement, adding that the scans determined he had a collapsed disc in L4/5, disc fragments, and a compromised spinal canal.
