Relais Group Oyj: Acquisition of TJ Fordonsservice AB
Relais Group Plc's Swedish subsidiary, Team Verkstad, has acquired 100% of TJ Fordonsservice AB, effective October 30, 2025.
TJ Fordonsservice, located in Södertälje, Sweden, provides maintenance and repair services for trucks and heavy commercial vehicles, employing approximately 14 professionals.
- Net sales: approximately SEK 31.0 million (fiscal year ended August 2025)
- Operating profit: approximately SEK 2 million (fiscal year ended August 2025)
The acquisition strengthens Team Verkstad's position in the Southern Stockholm area and will be consolidated into Relais Group from November 2025 as part of the Scandinavia segment.
