Matthew Carney, executive producer of Four Corners since 2022, has resigned.
Carney will remain in his position until a successor is appointed, according to ABC News boss Justin Stevens.
The resignation is unrelated to an investigation into reporter Mahmood Fazal, the ABC said.
No reason for the resignation was given.
The final Four Corners program for 2025 aired recently, winning its time slot with 575,000 viewers.
The show is currently nominated for the 2025 Walkley Awards, having won a Gold Walkley in 2022.
