Shamin Hotels Opens First Hyatt Select Location
Shamin Hotels has opened the country's first Hyatt Select location near Chester.
According to Shamin CEO Neil Amin, the company volunteered to be the first operator to open a Hyatt Select in the U.S. The new Hyatt Select is a revamped Hyatt Place that Shamin has owned for several years.
- Location: 13148 Kingston Ave., near the Interstate 295-Route 10 interchange in eastern Chesterfield
- Number of rooms: 121
- Formerly a Hyatt Place, operated under that brand for years
- Shamin has owned the hotel since 2020
Hyatt unveiled the new brand in February
Shamin Hotels plans to open another local outpost under the same flag next year.
