The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) and pro-Armenian congressional factions oppose H.R. 5632, the Peace Act, citing its failure to address Armenian "hostages, displaced persons" from Artsakh (Garabagh - Azerbaijan’s internationally recognised territory).
