Georgian College Awards Prestigious Schulich Builders Scholarships
Georgian College is celebrating its second cohort of 10 Schulich Builders Scholars, who will receive up to $40,000 in scholarships to support their skilled trades education.
The scholarships, valued at $40,000 for a two-year diploma program and $20,000 for a one-year certificate program, were awarded to hard-working students pursuing a career in a skilled trade.
The program, launched by The Schulich Foundation in February 2023, aims to amplify lucrative and in-demand job opportunities across Canada.
- 10 students received the award out of over 1,000 nominated and 380,000 potential candidates.
