Plans submitted for eight-tower masterplanned community in Sydney

Plans for Eight-Tower Community in Sydney

A $2.2 billion masterplanned community has been proposed for Sydney's Inner West, featuring eight residential towers.

The development would include 1,336 new homes across eight towers, ranging from six to 37 storeys, on a 3.14-hectare site at 1 King St, Concord West.

The site, currently occupied by a warehouse, was identified for redevelopment in the NSW Department of Planning's Parramatta Road Corridor Urban Transformation Strategy.

The proposal is adjacent to the Concord West Train Station, with the application lodged as a state significant development.

No comment from the NSW Department of Planning.
