Canadian Students Anxiously Await Federal Budget
Many students in Canada are concerned about affordability as the federal budget is set to be tabled next week.
The youth unemployment rate has risen to almost 15% in September, according to Statistics Canada.
"We all want a reliable future at this stage in our lives,"
said Graham Baskin, a student at Carleton University, after Prime Minister Mark Carney warned of "challenges" and "sacrifices" in the upcoming budget.
